FANTASY BOYS, a global group born from “Shounen Fantasy”, will make their Japanese debut on June 19th!

FANTASY BOYS appeared at the ASIA STAR ENTERTAINER AWARDS 2024, an awards ceremony that brought together Asia’s top artists, and captivated the audience with a fresh and dynamic performance. At the red carpet ceremony, they made a surprise announcement that they will be making their Japanese debut with the JAPAN DEBUT MINI ALBUM “MAKE A FANTASY” on Wednesday, June 19th, and responded with smiles to the fans who gathered.

FANTASY BOYS is the final debut group formed in 2023 by fans voting on the survival audition program “Boy Fantasy – Afterschool Thrills Season 2” broadcast on MBC in Korea.
The members are K-SOUL, KANG MINSEO, LEE HANBIN, HIKARI, LING QI, HIKARU, KIM WOOSEOK, HONG SUNGMIN, OH HYEONTAE, KIM GYURAE, and KAEDAN, all with roots in Japan, Korea, China, and the United States. A global boy band consisting of members from four countries, the most in the history of survival show groups, was born. The artist photo of their Japanese debut album, which shows a refreshing and fresh sense of unity as a group, has also been released, so please take a look.
(As previously reported, member K-SOUL is currently on hiatus due to health issues with his maternal grandmother and father.)

The JAPAN DEBUT MINI ALBUM “MAKE A FANTASY”, whose title represents their future activities in Japan, contains a total of five songs, including the Japanese versions of “New Tomorrow” and “Potential”, which were released in Korea in 2023.
TYPE-A comes with a bonus DVD containing special footage, while TYPE-B comes with a photo book.

In addition, they will be holding their first ever Japan tour in May, visiting Zepp venues in four cities across the country, and in June there will be a variety of release commemorative events where you can interact with the band members, including two-shot photo sessions, handshake events, and mini-live shows, so be sure to check out their official website to get a real feel for them.

【PROFILE】
The final debut group, “FANTASY BOYS”, was selected by fan vote on the boy band survival audition program “Boy Fantasy – After School Thrills Season 2” broadcast by the Korean broadcasting station MBC.
The fantasy boys of our dreams, as if they were always by our side. The name contains the meaning of 11 boys who fulfill everyone’s fantasies. The members are Seoul, Kang Min-seo, Lee Han-bin, Hikari, Lynch, Hikaru, Kim Woo-seok, Hong Sung-min, Oh Hyun-tae, Kim Gyu-rae, and Keidan, including two Japanese members. What kind of fantasy will they create in Japan?
