Nulbarich Drops “DISCO PRANK feat. Leo Uchida (Kroi)” – A Fresh Beat Alert!

Nulbarich Announces Full Tracklist for Upcoming Album “The Roller Skating Tour” Set for December 20 Release & Unveils Groove-Inducing New MV

Ahead of their new album “The Roller Skating Tour,” Nulbarich is setting the stage with the release of “DISCO PRANK feat. Leo Uchida (Kroi),” a track that features Leo Uchida of Kroi. Dropping on December 13, the song is accompanied by a music video that’s pure fun.

The recently released work is themed around ‘mischief through sound,’ comprising tracks that irresistibly make listeners want to dance. The music video was shot with a theme of ‘PRANK,’ as hinted in the title, involving a hijack of a Tokyo radio station. It unfolds a narrative where people listening to the radio undergo a sudden transformation, as if struck by lightning, and start dancing.

Artist Profile: Nulbarich

Nulbarich, masterfully produced by singer-songwriter JQ (Vo.), has been a dynamic presence since their inception.

In October 2016, they burst onto the scene with their first album “”Guess Who?”” and within just two years, achieved a sold-out live performance at the legendary Budokan. Not just making waves in Japan, they have also captivated audiences in Seoul, Taipei, Shanghai, and other Asian locales. Their live performances and the unique style of JQ, a beat-maker by origin, blend live instrumentals with sampling to create a groovy sound. This sound, when merged with bilingual vocals, transcends into an emotional yet pop-infused originality.

The band’s name, “”Nulbarich,”” echoes JQ’s vision of an ambivalent style – it signifies ‘Null’ (nothingness) yet ‘Rich’ (fulfillment).
