Korean group D-ONE’s summer performance report: The members couldn’t help but give each other warm hugs in response to a surprise letter from youngest member Sejin!

The Korean group D-ONE (pronounced: D-One) completed their long summer concert “D-ONE JAPAN LIVE -OUR SUMMER-” from July 20th to September 1st, 2024.

Many fans came to the final performance of the season on September 1st, filling the venue with original penlights. When the members appeared on stage, they were given the opportunity to take photos of the band for two consecutive songs.

D-ONE has always prepared one song that can be filmed at each performance, and as they tried to capture this summer’s final stage, fans stared intently at the screens and stared fixedly at the members, trying to burn the image into their memories.

Next up was the self-introduction stage, a specialty of D-ONE’s performances.

Ehwa showed off her dance skills by arranging cover dances of various artists, Han also showed off her enthusiasm, and Jaehoon, Hyunwoon, and Sejin showed a wonderfully coordinated unit stage.

From here on it’s a non-stop dance stage, perfect for the still hot summer.

The audience erupted in cheers as the D-ONE formation performed on stage, including Korean hits and classic songs that are still popular today.

During the talk, Sejin read out a surprise letter to the members.

While expressing his gratitude, he also cracked witty jokes, filling the venue with tears and laughter.

The members, who had no idea that the youngest member Sejin had prepared a letter for them, were surprised but listened with joy, and some were so moved that they shed tears.

After finishing reading, Sejin received a big, warm hug from his older brothers. It was a moment that gave us a glimpse of the bond between the D-ONE members.

In the second half, they played ballads and dance numbers, and played with the audience until they were hoarse.

D-ONE has already scheduled an online autograph session on September 26th, and a three-day Japan tour titled “D-ONE JAPAN LIVE – MINISODE -” starting on September 27th, and tickets are now available for reservation.

In addition, there will be a free showcase starting at 2pm on the first day, September 27th.

The free showcase, which was held twice during the summer performance period, was extremely popular and even the standing seats were fully booked. We recommend that you make a reservation in advance to attend.
