The opening theme “Emperor Time” by Viva Rush and the ending theme “GAME OVER” by Issei for the TV anime “Tasuketsu” (broadcasting sequentially on Nippon Television, BS Nippon Television, and RAB Aomori Broadcasting) began streaming on Wednesday, July 3rd.

This work is an animated version of the web comic “Tasuketsu” by Miyagawa Taiga, which began serialization in 2013 and is currently being serialized on the manga app GANMA! operated by Comic Smart.

The opening theme is performed by Viva Rush, a visual kei rock band that made their major debut last year under VAP. This year they will be hosting their first festival, “Ageage JAPAN’24”. Furthermore, Viva Rush will be headlining at Osaka BIG CAT at KANSAI ROCK SUMMIT’24/EXPLOSION. As their second major single, the band has written a glittering rock song with the theme of “believing” for the TV anime “Tandoketsu”. On September 4th, the CD will be released in three formats: the anime version (“Kekban”), the regular version A, and the regular version B. The “Kekban” version will include a random trading card with a newly drawn illustration of the members of Viva Rush by Taiga Miyagawa, the author of “Tandoketsu”. The original illustration will be included, with Viva Rush having the special rights to jump into the world of the manga. The release tour starting in July will also have plans linked to “Tandoketsu”. The tour finale will be held at TOKYO FM Hall on September 29th, which will be Viva Rush’s first hall performance.

The ending theme will be performed by 23-year-old singer-songwriter Issei. He writes the lyrics, composes the music, and arranges the music himself, and mainly releases his songs on YouTube. Despite being a newcomer, he has written theme songs for two movies in the past. His song “Shiawase Restaurant,” released last year, has been viewed over 3 million times on YouTube, and related goods immediately sold out, making him popular among teenagers in particular. “GAME OVER,” Issei’s first anime tie-up, is a youthful anime song with a “game” theme, written in his own style.
