“PROJECT TACHYON” is an exciting run-and-gun action shooter with a rogue-lite system in which the time-traveling agent “Sigma” fights giant enemies to stop an AI rebellion, using a wide variety of weapons and special skills called “genes.” The unique feature of this game is that if you fail a mission, you can go back in time to try again. By making full use of time reversal, you can accumulate know-how and skills to succeed in your mission, even if you are defeated by enemies or traps.

■What is Project Tachyon?
The Republic of Tamageria, in danger due to a rebellion by the AI Mainframe Omega, attempts to disable Mainframe Omega with a last resort, a nuclear attack.
To prevent many casualties in the aftermath of a nuclear attack and the worst-case scenario of a nuclear winter, Commander Erina of the Republic secretly activates Project Tachyon.
The mission involves observing the future and then using “time reversal” to return to the past and carry out a mission based on the information observed; this can only be carried out by agents with the “aptitude” to withstand time reversal.
