10CM, “I hope to see you again soon” – Thank you for the success of the sold-out Zepp concert

10CM held the “2024 10CM Asia Tour〈10CM Closer to You〉in Tokyo” at ZeepHaneda on August 10th, attracting a sold-out crowd of approximately 1,200 people.

This proves the immense popularity of 10CM, which has become an “icon” in the Korean music industry.

As the stage went dark and 10CM appeared, the entire venue erupted in rapturous applause.

The concert began with the refreshing melody of “Where is Dream,” the OST for the drama “Start-Up,” and continued with “My Eyes,” the OST for the hit drama “Goblin,” captivating the audience with its sweet lyrics and melody.

After the two songs were finished, 10CM expressed their joy at being reunited with their fans in fluent Japanese, saying, “Welcome to everyone who came. We’ve come back after a year. We’ve missed you. We’re happy to have this opportunity to meet you all.”

During “My Ultimate First Love,” after the lyrics “Shall we call your name out loud,” 10CM requested that fans call out his name, and the venue was filled with the sound of fans calling out 10CM’s name in their own way, such as “Shipsenti~” and “Jeongyola~,” and there was a moment when 10CM was heard and the venue was filled with smiles.

She also performed “Gradation,” which uses the spread and intensity of color to represent the feelings and relationships of unrequited love, and “Lady” by Kenshi Yonezu, which was released on 10CM’s official YouTube channel on the day tickets went on sale for this concert. “Kenshi Yonezu’s songs are really, really difficult. But I’ve been working hard to prepare them for my Japanese fans,” she said, talking about the difficulties she faced, but still managed to sing beautifully.

They also performed the Japanese version of their original song “Stalker.” When 10CM said, “This is a song I prepared specially for you, so please take a picture of me with your smartphone,” the sound of a recording echoed throughout the venue, and the audience was seen trying to capture 10CM on camera.

In the middle of the concert, 10CM said, “I think everyone has probably been waiting for this song…” and performed “Spring Snow,” the OST of the hugely popular “Run with Sungjae on Your Back.” Then, during the song, there was a surprise slogan event in which the lyrics were written, “We’ve been waiting for you, to us you are spring.” 10CM was surprised, but he also happily held up the slogan to his chest, sang with a good look on his face while looking at the fans, and expressed his gratitude by saying, “Thank you.”

Towards the end of the concert, she sang songs in a beautiful voice, from classic 10CM songs such as “Phonecert,” “What the Spring??” and “Tell Me It’s Not A Dream,” to the OST of the much talked about “Queen of Tears.” “Thank you so much for coming to spend time with me today. I really enjoyed the time I spent with you all. I hope we can meet again soon, and that we can meet every year,” she said, expressing her thoughts on the concert. She then sang the final song, “Sseudam Sseudam,” which drew cheers for an encore from the audience.

During the free encore, fans took out their smartphones, and the entire venue was filled with the light of their smartphones. The concert ended with a warm round of applause, and the band expressed their gratitude by saying “Thank you very much,” bringing their first performance in Japan in about a year to a close.

10CM is now planning to hold concerts in Manila, Taipei and Macau to close the gap for fans waiting in each country.
