Singer-songwriter eill has released a studio live video of “Finale.” on the eill Official YouTube Channel.
“Finale.” is the theme song for the movie “Tunnel into Summer, Exit of Goodbye,” which was released in Japan in 2022. When the movie is released in theaters in Korea in the fall of 2023, the theme song “Finale.” also ranked as high as 3rd in the J-POP rankings of Melon, a major Korean music distribution service. It caused a big stir, especially in Korea. In addition, the movie “Tunnel into Summer, Exit of Goodbye” won the Paul Grimaud Award at the Annecy International Animated Film Festival in France in June 2023. It was released in theaters not only in Japan but also in countries around the world, and quickly became a hot topic worldwide.
The newly released live video of “Finale.” in the studio is accompanied by piano, and has a different arrangement from the original, a fleeting and sad one.
