Singer Kujiragi’s first anime tie-up song, “Hello and Goodbye,” has been chosen as the ending theme for the TV anime “Hitoribocchi no Isekai Kouryaku”!

It was announced that singer Kujiragi (pronounced Kujiragi), who has a unique, clear voice, will be in charge of the ending theme song for the TV anime “Hitoribocchi no Isekai Kouryaku,” scheduled to begin airing in October 2024. During the “10th Anniversary Memorial Festival! Overlap Bunko All-Star Gathering SP Part 4,” which was live-streamed on ABEMA, the title of the song, “Hello and Goodbye,” was announced along with a wealth of new information, including the first key visual, the first promotional video, information on the opening and ending theme songs, and information on additional characters and cast.

The anime’s story begins with a lonely high school student, Haruka, being summoned to another world with his classmates. The skills bestowed by God were available on a first-come, first-served basis, but they had already been all taken. Haruka, the main character, is forced to use all the remaining bad skills and begins an adventure alone, but gets caught up in troubles and incidents that arise among her classmates…” The series is a popular work published by Overlap Bunko, with a total of over 3 million copies sold.

The lyrics for the ending theme song “Hello and Goodbye” were written by hotaru, a lyricist who has written lyrics for many hit content songs, mainly anime, including the hit anime “K-ON!!”. The song was composed and arranged by eba, an artist who has composed and arranged many anime songs, including those by OLDCODEX and LiSA.

Kujiragi will make her major debut in October 2023 with the digital release of her first original song, “Hana ni Natte.” Her first CD album will be released in April 2024. She is also expanding her horizons by performing theme songs for other dramas.

Let’s look forward to further news to see how Kujiragi’s unique, clear voice will add color to the ending theme song of the series.

Comment from Kujiragi

Nice to meet you, I’m Kujiragi, who will be performing the ending song this time!

I love manga set in another world and I have read “A Lonely Person’s Conquest of Another World,” so I am very honored to be able to sing the ending!

This film has a lot of funny scenes, but the battle scenes are also carefully drawn, so be sure to check it out!

The ending song, “Hello and Goodbye,” is sung softly while evoking images of another world and loneliness, so I hope you will listen to it while feeling the world of the original work and anime!

Kujiragi is a singer with a unique and clear voice. She started posting cover singing videos on a video sharing site in 2018.

When they first started out, they were called “Super Poor Whale,” but they changed their name to the current “Kujiragi.” Their sweet, clear voice is a great way to attract and soothe tired modern people.

In the spring of 2021, at the Vocaloid culture festival “The VOCALOID Collection” (commonly known as “Vocaloid Collection”), she covered “Seekseek Seekseek” (lyrics and composition: Hitsubit Kamome) and ranked 9th in the “Sing-along” ranking. She performs Vocaloid cover songs in the singing slot on her irregular TwitCasting broadcasts, and currently has 20,000 Twitter followers and 40,000 YouTube subscribers. Although her main activity is singing covers of Vocaloid songs, in May 2022 she released limited edition goods as part of the “Kujiragi x Village Vanguard” goods project. In October 2023, she digitally released her first original song, “Hana ni Natte.” In November, she digitally released “Panorama,” a new song written by the Nanahoshi Orchestra. In April 2024, she released her first album, “Reimei.” The song “Akkakaku” from the album has been chosen as the theme song for TV Tokyo’s Thursday Drama 24 “25-ji, Akasaka de.”
