HEY-SMITH’s new song “Feel My Pain” has been chosen as the opening theme song for the anime “Kengan Ashura” Season 2 Part 2.

“Kengan Ashura” (original story: Sandrovich Yabako, art: Daromeon) is a battle action manga that is being distributed on the website “Ura Sunday” and the comic app “Manga One” and is the most popular among readers. The anime “Kengan Ashura” Season 2 Part.2 will be exclusively distributed on Netflix from August 15th, and a part of “Feel My Pain” can be seen in the new PV of the anime that was released.

“Feel My Pain” is scheduled for digital release on August 14th. The song symbolizes the struggles of fighters in fierce battles and their attitude of moving forward despite feeling pain and suffering. The jacket is a collaboration with the anime team, depicting guitarist and vocalist Shuhei Igari strumming his guitar and jumping with a physique similar to that of a character from “Kengan Ashura”.

We hope you enjoy the loud, fast-paced sound that is perfect for a battle manga along with the anime.

In addition, “Feel My Pain” will be broadcast for the first time on the radio on FM802’s “THE NAKAJIMA HIROTO SHOW 802 RADIO MASTERS” (broadcast from 14:00 to 17:51) on July 25. This is your chance to hear the song early, so don’t miss it.

HEY-SMITH will release the LP “Rest In Punk -World Edition-” on August 23rd through the US indie label Bad Time RECORDS, and will also be appearing at festivals and touring in the US in September with The Suicide Machines, Mad Caddies, Ballyhoo!, and Panteón Rococó, among others.
