Special session with Nozomi Fuuto and Takebe Satoshi! New song provided by GRe4N BOYZ and music video released!

Nozomi Fuuto will be appearing on Billboard Live presents Piano Duo Session #6 on August 16th. This popular concert at Billboard Live TOKYO has featured such amazing artists as Kato Izumi, Hirahara Ayaka, Kawasaki Takaya, Makihara Noriyuki, and Ieiri Leo, performing with music producer Takebe Satoshi. He performed a total of 10 songs on the special session stage, mainly from his first album “Smile’s Place,” which will be released on August 28th. This concert, performed with superb piano arrangements, is a must-see for music fans! From September 1st, the concert will also be available for a limited time for a fee.

Satoshi Takebe, who shared the stage with her, has worked with many artists as a keyboardist and arranger, and has been the music director for Yumi Matsutoya’s concert tours since 1983. He has produced artists such as Yo Hitoto, Miki Imai, Yuzu, Ken Hirai, and JUJU, as well as the music for the Studio Ghibli film “From Up on Poppy Hill.” Recently, he has been in charge of the music for the film “THE FIRST SLAM DUNK,” the music director for “Yuzuru Hanyu ICE STORY 2023 “GIFT”,” and produced all the songs on Nozomi Futo’s first album, which is why this collaboration was made possible.

In preparation for the release of her album, Nozomi said, “I hope everyone will listen to it, sing it, and love it,” and she enthusiastically sang all the songs from the album, which were being performed for the first time on the first and second stages of the concert. She sang the famous song “Hanamizuki,” produced by Takebe, with a gentle prayer for peace, and also entertained the audience with her exchanges, livening up the packed venue.

The long-awaited first album includes “Breath,” a song provided by Angela Aki, released in March, as well as “Michishirube” by GRe4N BOYZ, who changed their name from GReeeeN. Prior to the CD release, “Michishirube” was released on August 16th, and the music video was also released on the same day. Nozomi Fuuto captivates listeners with his overwhelming singing ability. A trailer has also been released that allows you to listen to all the songs on the album, so we hope you will experience her singing voice right away.

Fuuto Nozomi was a top star in the Takarazuka Revue’s Snow Troupe until he retired in 2021. He has been gaining popularity since turning to musical actress, starring in a number of productions, including winning the Outstanding Actress Award at the 30th Yomiuri Theater Awards in 2022. He has starred in a number of major productions, including “Dreamgirls” in 2023 and “Isabeau” in 2024, and is currently appearing in “Moulin Rouge! The Musical,” which will begin its Osaka run in September.
