Gohobi, a four-member mixed-gender band with a tofu-mental mentality, has decided to release “GOHOBI QUATTRO -spicy-” on October 23rd.
This is the band’s second major EP, and is based on the catch phrase “Bringing you spicy Gohoubi!”, containing 7 songs including the opening and ending songs from the TV anime, as well as 3 unreleased songs.
The first limited edition will include bonus tracks, the music videos for “Blouse” and “MAKUAKE”, a special edition of the music video for “Breath”, and the Blu-ray video content “Gohoubi’s Holiday ~Prayer for a Hit! Power Spot Edition~”.
In addition, to commemorate the release of the second EP, the “1000 Yen Solo Live – Bring a friend and watch for free!” will be held on September 12th.
With the desire to let more people know about Gohoubi’s fascinating live performances, as the name suggests, tickets will cost 1,000 yen, and if you bring a friend, the admission fee for that person will be 0 yen. Don’t miss this opportunity.

Formed in 2018. With straightforward lyrics and a wide range of musicality that is not limited to any particular genre, despite being classic J-pop, the comfortable harmony is born from the two completely different singing voices of the soft and tolerant “Cody” and the unique and cute voice of “Suzy”. Not only the music, but also the detailed art direction and music videos are all created by the members themselves. Even before his debut, he provided the song “Omoide” for the 10th anniversary of “Shimajiro no Wow!” produced by Benesse Corporation and TV Setouchi, and “NO RAIN, NO RAINBOW” was chosen as the ending theme for FM NACK5’s professional baseball broadcast program “SUNDAY LIONS”.
He has attracted the attention of people with high sensitivity. In the July 2022 Shibuya store ranking of “Tawakuru,” a joint project between Tower Records and Shimokitazawa Sound Cruising, a popular corner in Tower Records, he won first place for two consecutive weeks, and his first EP “Hajimete no Gohoubi,” which he produced as a self-released album, sold out.
In the live scene, they have steadily gained the support of listeners with their solid musical skills and performances, and their solo live performance at Shibuya WWW held in September 2022 was SOLD OUT.
On January 18, 2023, she made her major debut with the digital single “Suki na Fuku”. Since then, she has appeared in many TV shows, including the opening song “Show Me Your Face Without a Thread of Clothes” for the late-night local drama “Zenra Meshi” on Kansai TV Thursdays,
They continue to release music energetically, including “Love Shuffle,” the ending theme for Fuji TV’s “Weekly Ninety-Nine Music” (February/March 2024).
In April 2024, Gohobi will release their first major EP “GOHOBI QUATTRO -sweet-“, which will serve as their business card. They will also release two anime tie-up songs at the same time: “Blouse”, the opening theme for the TV anime “Giseki Harem” which will begin airing in July, and “MAKUAKE”, the ending theme for the TV anime “Isekai Yururi Kikou ~Kodomo ga Bōken Shimaru~”.
