HEY-SMITH has released a live video of “Say My Name” from their Okinawa performance, which was the final show of their “Rest In Punk Tour,” on their official YouTube channel.
The “Rest In Punk Tour” was the band’s largest tour to date, with all 55 shows sold out.
The live video of “Say My Name,” the ending theme song for the Tenjiku arc of the TV anime “Tokyo Revengers,” has been released from the LIVE DVD & Blu-ray “Dear Freedom -Rest In Punk Tour Final in Music Town Otoichiba Okinawa-,” which contains the Okinawa performance finale of the “Rest In Punk Tour.”
The DVD also includes footage of the live performance filmed by a drone, which is something you rarely see in live house footage, and the footage captures the passionate atmosphere of the day.
The LIVE DVD & Blu-ray “Dear Freedom -Rest In Punk Tour Final in Music Town Otoichiba Okinawa-” to be released on October 9th will include all songs including MC and encore, and as a bonus, it will also include a documentary video that captures the real behind-the-scenes of the tour that closely follows the Tour Final Series.
In addition to the regular version, a limited edition packaged product will also be released that comes with an original T-shirt and is only available to pre-order until 23:59 on September 3rd, so be sure to check it out.
In addition, HEY-SMITH will release “Rest In Punk -World Edition-” on August 23rd through the US label “Bad Time RECORDS”.
In addition to the songs from their 6th album “Rest In Punk,” the album also includes the new song “Feel My Pain,” which was the opening theme for the anime “Kengan Ashura” Season 2 Part. 2, and all songs have been remastered.
The LP is available in limited quantities, and is also now available on various streaming services.
In September, they will tour the US with The Suicide Machines, Mad Caddies, Ballyhoo!, Panteón Rococó, and others, and will also appear at the Supernova Ska Festival.
