2xFE releases debut 1st EP “Future From East End”! They expressed their determination at the release event on the day of release! Comments from all members have arrived!

Dance vocal group 2xFE (pronounced: Two F-E)’s first CD work since their debut, their first EP “Future From East End”, was released on August 28th.

This is a six-song EP including “Pentatonic Vibe,” the ending theme for the TBS/MBS nationwide program “Pre-Bato!!,” which was released as the band’s debut single in October 2023. The first-press limited edition Blu-ray includes all of the music videos from their previous works, as well as behind-the-scenes footage of “Timeline.”

Currently, 2xFE is holding release events in Tokyo and Osaka to commemorate the release of their CD, with mini-live performances and special events at large shopping malls and CD stores, which participants can participate in depending on the number of CDs they purchase. In addition, a “stamp rally” was held, where luxurious prizes were awarded depending on the number of stamps collected at the release event. Each member designed the stamps, adding another layer of fun to the event.
At the mini live concert held during the release event at HMV & BOOKS SHIBUYA on August 28th, the members showed an even more enthusiastic performance, showcasing 2xFE’s signature “fast-speed, sharp dancing and beautiful singing voices,” while the venue was filled with warm cheers from fans celebrating the release of their first CD since their debut.

On September 21st, the solo live “2xFE Oneman Live “The First Piece 2024″” will be held at SHIBUYA CLUB QUATTRO. As member Rio said, “We’ve achieved our first goal, and this is just the start for us,” their enthusiasm is growing, and their activities will continue to accelerate even after the release. The dance and vocal group “2xFE” (pronounced “Two F E”) is made up of five members, Rui, Ayumu, Hikari, Rio and Syogo, who have all been active individually in various genres as choreographers, pianists, guitarists, beauty YouTubers and rappers.

The members are former trainees who appeared on “PRODUCE 101 JAPAN” and “YOSHIKI SUPERSTAR PROJECT X,” and the group’s name conveys the meaning “-Future From East End- Aiming to send music from Japan, a country far to the east, to the world.”

The main vocals are Rui, with her silky, catchy high-pitched voice, and Rio, who is bilingual in Japanese and English and has a sexy singing voice. In addition, the double raps of Ayumu and Hikari, who are heavy with low tones, and Syogo, who is active as a dancer in many stages, combine to create an original performance that is very appealing.

In October 2023, she made her major debut with “Pentatonic Vibe,” the ending theme for the TBS/MBS nationwide network program “Pre-Bato!!.” The music video, featuring high-speed dance performances, has been viewed 1.3 million times on YouTube. In February 2024, she released her second single “Don’t Let Me Down,” and in June, her third single “Timeline.” On August 28, she released her first CD since her debut, “Future From East End.”
