THE ORAL CIGARETTES' new song "UNDER and OVER" (the opening theme for the TV anime "In the Next Life, Others Are Better") will premiere! The MV Teaser has also been released!

It has been announced that the music video for THE ORAL CIGARETTES’ new digital single “UNDER and OVER,” which will be released digitally on October 2nd, will premiere at midnight on October 2nd.

Ahead of the release of the full MV, a MV Teaser was released on THE ORAL CIGARETTES’ official YouTube channel. The song has been chosen as the opening theme for the TV anime series “In the Next Life, I Want Someone Else” which will begin airing on October 7th. This will be the first time in about three years that Oral has been in charge of an anime theme song.

In the teaser, you can see the impressive flight cap of vocalist/guitarist Takuya Yamanaka getting out of a car. While watching the teaser, please look forward to the release of the music video on October 2nd to find out what it will be like.

In addition, this song will be aired simultaneously on radio stations from 9:00 PM on September 25th. Please listen to the song on the radio while looking forward to the TV anime broadcast and digital release.

Introduction

Somei Yoshino is the marriage partner of her grandfather, Somei Renji, the boss of the Somei-gumi, a direct descendant of the Kansai region’s largest yakuza group, the Kirigaya-gumi.

He ends up living with the Miyama Ikka, a direct descendant of the Tokusa-kai, the largest yakuza group in Kanto, where Miyama Kirishima lives.

Kirishima warmly welcomes Yoshino and is a refreshing, friendly young man who is hard to believe comes from a yakuza family. Yoshino, who had been anxious about being in an unfamiliar place, breathes a sigh of relief.

Due to a certain incident, Yoshino comes face to face with Kirishima’s true nature.
