Official Hige Dandism has released a new song, “Same Blue,” which is the opening theme song for the TV anime “Ao no Hako.”
“Ao no Hako” is a very popular work with a cumulative circulation of over 5 million copies. The long-awaited TV anime adaptation of the heart-warming youth club love story, which delicately depicts the subtleties of the heart, has been decided.
A music video was also released at the same time as the release. The music video was directed by Takuto Shinbo, who has worked on many of Official Hige Dandism’s works, and the video is set in a high school newspaper club, giving a sense of the youthful romance and youthfulness of club activities. The sight of Higedan members performing in front of a circular cut-out blue sky is a must-see.
Official Hige Dandism released their third major album “Rejoice” on July 24th and CD on July 31st.
Starting in September, he will hold an arena tour “Official Hige Dandism Arena Tour 2024 – Rejoice -” with 10 performances in 5 cities across the country. The arena tour will start at Marine Messe Fukuoka A Building in Fukuoka, then visit K Arena Yokohama in Kanagawa, Osaka Castle Hall in Osaka, and more.
Furthermore, in December, they will hold their first Asian tour “OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM ASIA TOUR 2024 – Rejoice –” in Seoul and Taipei. This is Higedan’s first ever Asian tour, and it will be a long-awaited live show for fans from all over the world.
