chilldspot released the music video for “Byaku” on November 15th at 9pm.
“Bibaku” is a song included in the EP “echowaves” which was just released in September. A work with a distinct band sound, with elements of grunge and shoegaze. As the word “Bibaku” suggests, the title reflects the metaphorical root’s (Vo)’s desire to “tell someone, but it doesn’t have to be everyone.” Problems and barriers that we encounter in our lives. I know it, but I don’t even look at it. I would like you to pay close attention to the lyrics that describe her current state of struggle while facing her own smallness and powerlessness.
The music video is a documentary film of the members during their current one-man tour “CrowdSpot”. Their emotional performance scenes and behind-the-scenes scenes of them taking on the tour seem to reveal their thoughts and struggles toward music.

The band is made up of four members from Tokyo: Gekigen (Vo/Gt), Reizan (Gt), Kosaki (B), and Justin (Dr). He started his activities in 2019 and released his 1st EP “the youth night” in November 2020 while still in high school. The lyrics are mainly written by Gekigen (Vo), and all the members write, compose, and arrange the songs. His sensitive yet sharp lyrics, which are based on metaphors, have been well-received, and he also provides music. Their unconventional and unflattering style attracts the attention of their generation and music-loving listeners both domestically and internationally.
In 2020, his first one-man show at Shibuya WWW was sold out. After that, they performed at various festivals in Japan such as SUMMER SONIC and JAPAN JAM. The one-man live held at Zepp Shinjuku in December 2024 sold out quickly. They have also attracted attention from overseas, appearing at Beijing’s “STRAWBERRY MUSIC FESTIVAL” and Taipei’s “Neon Oasis Fest.”
