To commemorate Nana Okada’s 50th anniversary since her debut, it has been decided that the “Youth Album Reprint CD Box” will be released on February 5, 2025. The title, jacket, and product details have been announced.
This work is a complete album released by Canyon Records. First release of 8 CDs (7 original albums + 1 live album) in high quality (UHQCD). Single songs not included in the album and original karaoke (single songs + some album songs) are additionally included as bonus tracks.
The first commercialized sound sources are two types of movie recording versions of “Seishun no Sakamichi” from the movie “Seishun no Composition” (one with orchestra and one with only songs), and “Seishun no Slope” drama from the TV drama “Oretachi no Tabi”. Lyrics version by use (* Master tape does not exist, recorded from the main video of the drama). Also included are alternate arrangements of “Shonan Kaigandori” and “Surakuuchi”. Eight album titles are reprinted in an unprecedented 7-inch single record-sized paper jacket, and the original LP record’s lyrics card and enclosures, a large poster with now valuable bonuses, and the original LP band have been reduced to size. Reprinted and recorded. Also included are reprints of the original jackets for the singles from each album.
The separate booklet includes Nana Okada’s message and comments, explanations of songs included in bonus tracks such as the first commercialized sound source, release history centered on the period of her career as a singer, and valuable photos such as different take cuts of photos such as original jackets, and valuable photos during her career. The jackets of the two released best albums are listed, including the inclusions.
