THE ORAL CIGARETTES, who recently announced the resumption of live activities, have announced that their delayed 6th full album “AlterGeist0000” (Yomi: Altergeist) will be released on January 22, 2025. This is their first new album in about four and a half years since their previous album. The title “AlterGeist0000” is a coined word that combines “Alternative” and “Poltergeist,” with Alternative meaning an alternative and Poltergeist meaning another self.
The CD includes the new song “Shuu,” which was released in advance on December 11th and whose lyric video was also uploaded on YouTube, as well as “YELLOW,” the theme song for the MBS/TBS drama-ism TV drama “My Home Hero.” TV anime “Next life is better” opening theme song “UNDER and Contains a total of 13 songs, including tie-up songs for “OVER” and new songs such as the lead track “DIKIDANDAN,” which has impressive phrases and an upper, heavy sound. 2024 Documentary & Interview will be included on Blu-ray for the complete limited edition (product distributed only at THE ORAL CIGARETTES OFFICIAL SHOP) and first limited edition.
Pre-orders for this work have started, and all 12 types of “Oral Man Seals” (4 members x 3 scenes, with secrets) will be randomly included in all forms. The complete limited edition will include 4 pieces, one set of 4 people per scene, and the first limited edition and regular edition will each include one piece. In addition, original benefits are available for each store, and if you pre-order the 6th album “AlterGeist0000” at a participating store, you will receive an original benefit on a first-come, first-served basis.
