THE ALFEE’s 50th anniversary since their debut! A best album selected by THE ALFEE’s leader, Toshihiko Takamizawa, featuring singles released between 1974 and 1996, will be released on August 16th!


Stadium artist THE ALFEE, who will celebrate their 50th debut anniversary on August 25, 2024, have decided to release a greatest hits album, “THE ALFEE 50 Selection 1974-1996,” on August 16.

By the end of 2023, they will have performed a total of 100 concerts at the Nippon Budokan, making them the first Japanese band to achieve this feat, making them a truly national artist.

This greatest hits album, commemorating the 50th anniversary of their debut, is a 4-CD set containing 44 title songs from their singles from their debut single “Natsu Shigure” in 1974 to “Kose no Katachi ~Send My Heart~” in 1996, all selected by THE ALFEE leader Toshihiko Takamizawa.

In addition, the 60-page booklet will include lyrics for all the songs included, as well as cover photos from the time. It will be available at a special price of 5,000 yen (excluding tax) to commemorate the 50th anniversary, so be sure to check it out now.
