・Bands with at least one member from the four Tokai prefectures (Aichi, Gifu, Shizuoka, and Mie), artists who live in the area, or artists who mainly work in the area

– Those who do not have any contract with a specific production company or label

・Those who have original songs (no covers, only original songs)

・Those who have uploaded an original music video (MV) to YouTube etc. or are able to do so
