Kujira has announced the release of a four-song EP. The song features GLIM SPANKY’s Matsuo Remi and Nakagawa Shinnosuke of 36km per hour.

Kujira, a new generation creator who is gaining attention not only in the music scene but also from many other fields, has announced that he will be digitally releasing a four-song EP titled “INNER CHILD” next week on Wednesday, June 19th. In addition to the already-distributed song “New Days” featuring Shumatsu Uniko and the title song “INNER CHILD” which he sings himself, the album will also feature songs featuring vocalists that Kujira himself admires, such as Matsuo Remi from GLIM SPANKY and Nakagawa Shinnosuke from 36km/h.

A teaser video was posted on YouTube today, June 12th, which allows listeners to hear some of the songs included in the album.

Next month, the TV anime “Senpai wa Otoko no Ko” will begin airing, marking the first tie-up and an unusual move for the two to both perform the opening and ending theme songs.

The ending theme for this tie-up also features singer-songwriter Nishina as a feat, and Kujira’s activities are expanding as he freely moves between his own singing and the creative side of featuring vocals that only he can do.

Kujira will be performing their first solo show at Zepp in October, so keep an eye on them.

Kujira writes all of his lyrics, composes and arranges music himself, and continues to energetically release works using VOCALOID, works featuring vocals by yama and Ado, and other artists, as well as providing his own songs.

In July 2019, he released the VOCALOID album “Nemurumachi”. In October 2020, he released the album “Nemurenai Yoru ni Kurtain wo Akete” featuring feat. and VOCALOID.

Starting with the work “Akusha,” which was a collaboration with various stories such as novels and films, he released songs that he sang himself.

In August 2022, she will release her first album, “Until I Can Love Life,” in which she sings all the songs herself, and on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, she will release her second album, “Vegetable Room.”

Their solo concerts at venues such as Shibuya WWW X and Shibuya Spotify O-WEST have sold out one after another.

On May 5th, 2024, they will make their first festival appearance at VIVA LA ROCK 2024, and on Sunday October 12th, they will hold their 4th solo concert, which will be their largest ever, at Zepp Shinjuku in Tokyo.

Requests to provide songs have continued to come in, and starting with yama’s first original song “Haru wo Tsugeru,” he has demonstrated his creativity regardless of the scene, including for DISH//, SixTONES, Ado, and others.

He is attracting a lot of attention in the music scene as a new generation creator.
