Since her debut in 2016, Uru has steadily gained listeners with each release.
Today, June 15th, marks the 8th anniversary of their major debut, and they have surprised everyone by releasing a complete edition of their previous three albums, “Monochrome,” “Orion Blue,” and “Contrast,” which had been released as cover albums in packages. This edition includes all the songs from those albums.
Regarding this release, Uru commented, “Today, June 15th, marks the 8th anniversary of my debut. Thank you for your continued support. Starting today, complete editions of the three albums I have released so far are available for digital download. I will be listening to them, including the 11 cover songs that have not yet been released, while reminiscing about my memories. I hope everyone will take their time to listen.”
The album includes original songs such as her hit songs “Because You Are Here,” “If I Call It Love,” and “Prologue,” which have been streamed over 100 million times, as well as her first up-number single “Ambivalent,” as well as 11 previously unreleased songs such as THE OVER (UVERworld), OH MY LITTLE GIRL (Ozaki Yutaka), Camouflage (Takeuchi Mariya), I Want to Ubare You Just Like This (DEEN), Shiroi Koibitotachi (Kuwata Keisuke), Tashika na Koto (Oda Kazumasa), Pretender (Official Hige Dandism), Shinaka (My Hair is Bad), Missing (Kubota Toshinobu), and Mokuren no Namida (Stardust Revue). A total of 65 songs have been released at once, including cover songs that are the roots of Uru. Take this opportunity to rediscover Uru’s history through her three albums.
