Natori’s new song “Ito Denwa” will be released digitally on September 20th.

At 7pm on September 2nd, a blank screen suddenly appeared on Natori’s YouTube channel with the title “Natori – 邉ｸ髮ｻ隧ｱ(Leak)”. While this caused a stir with speculations such as “Is this an announcement of some kind?!” and “The text is garbled…?”, at 7pm on September 3rd, a chorus of the new song “Thread Telephone” was premiered along with an animated video of a girl holding a string telephone. At the end of the video, the numbers “2024.09.20” appeared, announcing the release date.

The digital cover of this work was also released, revealing that it was drawn by illustrator Minahamu. Minahamu also worked on the artwork for “Kinmokusei,” the first song that Natori wrote, which garnered much attention. In this work, he has drawn a detailed realistic scene of a man and woman and a dog wearing glasses holding a string that connects them.

This song is the theme song for the movie “Pride and Goodness,” which is based on the novel of the same name by Mizuki Tsujimura.

The film expresses the feelings of Ka and Makoto, who, despite their hurt, reveal everything in an attempt to find true love.

It’s a song that lets you feel the evolution of “Natori.”

Ka was doing well in both work and love, but after being dumped by his long-time girlfriend, he started looking for a husband on a dating app.

He starts dating the considerate Mami, but even after a year has passed, he is unable to decide on marriage. However, right after she confesses to him that she has a stalker, he receives a terrified phone call saying, “Ka-kun, help me!” He finally gets engaged to her, determined to protect her, but Mami suddenly disappears. While searching for her whereabouts by visiting her parents, friends, colleagues, and past lovers, Ka learns about her past and lies that he did not want to know.
