Voice actress Yano Hinaki is known for her roles as Kitasan Black in the Uma Musume series and Takasaki Yuu in the Love Live! series, and is currently playing the roles of Shizuku in the TV anime series Nigewazu no Wakakunin and Nicola in the TV anime series This World is Too Imperfect, and her popularity is rapidly increasing.
She released her new single “The Summer With You” on CD and began streaming on subscription services on Friday, September 6th!
The title song, “The Summer With You,” is a youthful pop song whose sound was created by popular creator Tsunami Kohei, and whose lyrics were also written by Hinaki Yano herself.
“I expanded on the lyrics while imagining a certain summer story. It’s a little sad, but I think it’s a refreshing song, so I hope everyone will listen to it.” (Yano Hinaki)
In contrast, the new song “Inferiority, Destroy” that will be included as a coupling song on this album is a rock tune by Ryosuke Shigenaga that combines a fast-paced sound and sharp words. Hinaki Yano also participated in the writing of the lyrics for this song.
“Inspired by Ryosuke Shigenaga’s demo song, I wrote lyrics that express the real-life anxieties and conflicts that perhaps everyone has faced. When I listen to this song, I can recall over and over those days when I encouraged myself to never give up.” (Hinaki Yano)
Another B-side song is “Bourgeois Towel,” written by hit maker Katsuhiko Sugiyama. Payton Naomi and Mikiha (Spira Spica) are also featured in this song.

Hinaki Yano
Born March 5th in Hyogo Prefecture. Hobbies are photography. Special skills are Kansai dialect, dancing, and ballet.
On March 5, 2022, she won the “Best New Actress Award” at the 16th Seiyuu Awards.
She has appeared in many works as a voice actress, including the role of Takasaki Yu in the TV anime “Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club”, the role of Kitasan Black in the TV anime “Uma Musume: Pretty Derby Season 3”, the role of Sarah Da Odin in the TV anime “Henjin no Salad Bowl”, the role of Shizuku in the TV anime “Nigejozu no Wakakuni”, and the role of Nicola in the TV anime “Kono Sekai wa Sugiru”. She is also active as an artist, releasing her third single “Poyaponopo!” in March 2024. She will release her fourth new single “Kimi to Ita Natsu wo” on Friday, September 6, 2024.
