ALI’s new song “CASANOVA POSSE” has been selected as the opening theme for the 4th season of the TV anime “Dr. STONE”.
“Dr.STONE” (original work: Riichiro Inagaki, illustration: Boichi) has a total circulation of over 18 million copies. The TV anime that started in July 2019 will finally start broadcasting the 4th and final season of “Dr.STONE SCIENCE FUTURE” in January 2025.
“CASANOVA POSSE”, which was used as the opening theme for the final season, is a dance number that ALI will deliver to the world and the universe. The first CD under ALI’s new structure will be released on February 5, 2025. Furthermore, the title song “CASANOVA POSSE” will be released in advance on January 10th.
The design of the CD jacket released this time was created by collage artist Kosuke Kawamura. Senku and young Senku are looking up at the moon and a rocket collaged with instruments, speakers, and other music-related items. ALI’s desire to aim for the universe through the power of music, with the slogan “Long Live Music,” has been created into a passionate jacket linked to Dr.STONE.
In addition to a 7-inch paper jacket (approximately 17cm x 17cm), the CD comes with an acrylic stand with the jacket design of the same size and a large-sized poster with a rocket design of the title song “CASANOVA POSSE”. On the back of the poster, the musical score for “CASANOVA POSSE” is printed, and you can actually play it. Coupling tracks include “NEON” featuring Taipei-based artist The Crane, and “MY LIFE. MY DESTINY” featuring popular Thai rapper LAZYLOXY. It is a work that links the adventures of Senku and his friends, who are finally moving towards the world and into space, and the adventures of ALI, who has become a new organization.
Furthermore, it has been decided that ALI will hold an independently planned live show “JUNGLE LOVE-CHRISTMAS TIME-Supported by Lee” at Ebisu LIQUIDROOM on December 24th. A three-man live will be held with Paledusk and LA SEÑAS as guest acts, and AKLO and J-REXXX as guests of ALI. Tickets are on sale now.

I have been working on this work in a strange way, but I was able to express my gratitude towards fate and my love for Dr. STONE while facing the most pain and scars in my life. I really like it. (The CD artwork was also made with great care. Thank you to everyone involved.)
