This is the third group following LOVE and ME (not equal me), which was formed by Sashihara Rino to produce her ideal idol. On January 30th, 2022, the final audition was held, and on March 29th, 2022, along with the members unveiling, producer Sashihara Rino herself announced that the group name would be ≒JOY. On September 3, 2023, the company held its first JOY concert, “Nice to meet you, this is JOY.” from December 2023 to January 2024, and it was a huge success. On Wednesday, January 17th, they will release their debut mini-album, “I’m Absolute, Absolute.” (Both the Oricon weekly album ranking and Billboard JAPAN Top Albums Sales first appeared in the first place.
