ClariS is the artist who means “bright, clean, shining” in Latin.
To date, he has been active in releasing 28 singles, 4 mini albums, one EP, seven original albums, and the best album, and has been in charge of many anime tie-ups.
The anime-specialized music magazine “Lis Annie!” has been running a special feature featuring ClariS’s songs as an supplementary CD. Seeing this, the anime producer who wrote “My Little Sister Can’t Be This Cute” got his eye on it, and although he was a newcomer, he was selected as the opening theme for the TV anime, he made his major debut in October 2010 with the single “irony” (opening the TV anime “My Little Sister Can’t Be This Cute”).
