KID PHENOMENON to appear at special event for TV anime "Rurouni Kenshin: Meiji Swordsman Romantic Story"!

KID PHENOMENON has been confirmed to appear at the special event for the TV anime “Rurouni Kenshin: Meiji Swordsman Romantic Story” to be held at Tachikawa Stage Garden on Sunday, July 7th.

The event will feature special talks only on the day by voice actors from the TV anime “Rurouni Kenshin: Meiji Swordsman Romantic Story”, including Saito Soma (as Himura Kenshin), Takahashi Rie (as Kamiya Kaoru), Koichi Makoto (as Myojin Yahiko), and Yashiro Taku (as Sagara Sanosuke); a reading drama written by Kurata Hideyuki, who wrote the screenplay for the anime, in cooperation with Watsuki Nobuhiro, the original author of “Rurouni Kenshin”, as well as a performance by KID PHENOMENON, who sang the ending theme for the second season of the first season, “Proof of Existence”.

KID PHENOMENON debuted in August 2023. All members hold a microphone and are active, appearing at large events such as Girls Award with their stylish performances. Their song “Proof of Existence” is the ending theme for the second cool of the first season of the TV anime “Rurouni Kenshin: Meiji Swordsman Romantic Story”, which began airing in October 2023. The song topped the Spotify viral chart for two consecutive weeks and also ranked high on the sales chart, attracting attention. In addition, the group is attracting attention by accompanying EXILE and J SOUL BROTHERS’ NAOTO’s first solo tour “NAOTO PRESENTS HONEST HOUSE 2024” nationwide from April 2024.

They have also been confirmed to appear at “NEXT VIRAL ARTIST,” a joint live concert featuring next-generation artists, which is currently being held in 9 shows in 8 cities across the country.
