androp’s new song “Vidro” has been chosen as the ending theme for the drama “Takara no Biidro”, and will be released as a digital single on July 1st.
“Takara no Biidoro,” originally written by Suzumaru Minta, won first place in the BLCD category of the “BL Awards 2024,” third place in the comics category of the “BL Awards 2023,” and also won the BL category award at the “Everyone’s Choice!! Digital Comics Awards 2023,” sponsored by Comic Seymour, one of Japan’s largest digital comic distribution sites.
This hugely popular work has been adapted into a drama starring two young actors, Iwase Hiroshi and Konishi Eito, who are hugely popular among Generation Z.
It will be broadcast on CBC, BS Asahi, RKB, HBC, tvk and others from Monday, July 1st, and can also be streamed on TVer.
In addition, it will be available exclusively on Lemino for unlimited viewing.
“Vidro,” which appears at the end of each episode of the drama, is a newly written song that Uchizawa created after reading the script and imagining the world of the drama.
The song is based on the theme of pure and straightforward love, and its gentle melody and vocals make it a touching song.
A teaser video for the drama has also been released.
The video, which seems to be overflowing with the joy and sadness of love, will leave you wondering where the romance between the two main characters will lead.

I am very happy to be in charge of the ending theme song for the drama “Takara no Biidoro.”

The theme of this piece is pure and straightforward love, and it was created to complement the story.
As I read the script, I imagined the scene that would be played at the end, and I put my heart into it so that I could further enhance the world of the drama created by Iwase-san, Konishi-san, and the other cast members.

A four-piece rock band consisting of Takahito Uchizawa (vocals & guitar), Takuya Sato (guitar & keyboard), Kyosuke Maeda (bass), and Akihiko Ito (drums). They debuted with their first album “anew” in December 2009. Three years after their major debut, they held a solo concert at the National Yoyogi Stadium First Gymnasium, attracting 10,000 people. Their songs have attracted a lot of attention, including theme songs for many movies and dramas, and commercial songs. Their music videos have won 11 awards both domestically and internationally, including the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival (France), One Show (USA), and Webby Awards (USA), and they have also received worldwide acclaim for their visual world and artwork.
