I wrote this song after hearing a story about a friend who was dumped by his girlfriend who he was living with. I think there is always a difference in the way men and women think about love, but it’s something that two people have to work out together. As the saying goes, “love doesn’t ask for anything in return.” But when I heard a story about two people who broke up, I thought, “Is that really true!?” and felt a contradiction in that statement, which is what inspired me to write this song. It’s an eternal theme. The song itself is in line with the direction mentioned above, and the arrangement and other developments are enjoyable, and the lyrics are sprinkled with the feelings of a man who is trying to adjust the difference in values ​​in love, but is instead mired in a quagmire. As for the jacket, photographer Masahiro Hosaka used two colors of paint to express the mixture of instinct and reason, so please check that out as well.
