Following their debut song “Hatsukoi” written and composed by former yonawo member Shota Aratani, and “Alice” written and composed by Mitsume Kawabe Motoi, yomm’s third single “Miraco feat. Layone” has been released!
The song is composed and arranged by Jin Ono, an up-and-coming artist who just released his debut album “The Light” from Kakubarizm in March.
A new summer anthem that combines 80’s soul disco sound with the crystal clear vocals of Yomm and the rap of Korean rapper Layone, who gained popularity after appearing on “SHOW ME THE MONEY,” a program that is said to have sparked a hip-hop boom in Korea.
The music video has also been released.

This is a music project by singer-songwriter and model Choi Jung-yoon. After studying at Berklee College of Music, which has produced world-famous artists such as John Mayer and Charlie Puth, Choi began his music career in earnest in 2017. He has released singles and EPs from Magic Strawberry Sound, which also represents SE SO NEON and 10CM. His songs have been used as insert songs for the Korean drama “Hwayangyeonhwa” and have made it into the TikTok Spotlight TOP 10, attracting attention. He has also expanded his scope of activities as a model, appearing in advertisements for brands and companies such as Nike, Umbro, and Starbucks, as well as TV commercials.
They will start their activities as “yomm” in April 2024, and will digitally release their debut song “Hatsukoi” on April 24th, with the song provided by former yonawo vocalist Shota Aratani. The second single that will follow will be provided by Mitsume’s Motoi Kawabe. The recording will be performed by former LUCKY TAPES guitarist Kensuke Takahashi (guitar), who is currently active as Qnel, former Yogee New Waves member Tetsuji Kasuya (drums), who is currently active in the band brkfstblend, Jun Miyagawa (keyboard), who also serves as live support for Kenshi Yonezu, KIRINJI, TENDRE, King Gnu, etc., Takumi Katsuya (bass), who also participated in Fujii Kaze’s tiny desk concerts, and AAAMYYY (vocal direction).
