Hazard of Love (2023) is an album filled with pop music by Keiichi Sogabe.
The entire album, “HAZARD OF DUB,” has been beautifully dub-mixed by the band “Araisekireta Koibitotachi e,” who transform cities into dance spaces with their one-of-a-kind dubby soundscapes.

Sogabe’s songs, “To Prearranged Lovers,” have been given bold dub treatment by Ikenaga Shoji, and are generously doused in reverb and echo.
They have shed their pop appearance for a moment and are now reflecting brightly and randomly, like messages floating in a new space.

Combined with the artwork of Keiichi Tanaami, a world-renowned pop art master from Japan, it creates a psychedelic mix of chaos and euphoria.

Scheduled for release on CD/LP/digital streaming on August 14th!
The CD/LP will be available for pre-sale at the exhibition “Tanaami Keiichi: Adventures of Memory,” which opens on August 7th at the National Art Center, Tokyo.
