The first pre-release single from DAISHI DANCE’s “the Ghibli set 3,” which is currently in production for release this fall, “Castle in the Sky / Carrying You (PIANO instrumental MIX) feat. PAX JAPONICA GROOVE,” has already been released digitally.

The intro to the music video, which depicts a live-action version of Laputa-like world that makes you wonder where it was filmed, has been released as a trailer on the artist’s social media accounts, and it has been announced that the full version will premiere on the DD YouTube channel at 11:00 PM on July 24th.
This music video was shot by drone operator SKYFISH using a racing FPV drone that allows for otherworldly movements, and all direction was handled by DAISHI DANCE himself, resulting in an astonishingly real-life Laputa worldview.

From TRIBAL, 90s OLDSCHOOL, PIANO HOUSE to massive HOUSE, DAISHI DANCE creates intense peak times and a sense of unity on the dance floor with a unique play style that crosses various genres using four CDJs. As a producer, he is known for producing melodious songs centered on piano and strings, and since his simultaneous debut in Japan and Korea with “the PIANO set” in 2006, he has released many albums at a high pace, recording cumulative album sales of over 1 million copies. Among them, the album “the Ghibli set” series, which features house covers of famous songs from Studio Ghibli works, became an exceptional big hit and an astonishingly long-selling album, making the name of DAISHI DANCE widely known beyond the framework of the club scene. Another major feature is his unique melancholy melody and collaboration with traditional Japanese instruments.
