JABBERLOOPJABBERLOOP, celebrating their 20th anniversary since their formation, have released the lead single “Missing My Bird -2024 Ver.-” today from their greatest hits album “NOW,” which features new songs and rearranged and re-recorded classics.
“Missing My Bird -2024 Ver.-” is a re-recorded version of a song included on the debut album “and infinite jazz…” released in 2007.
This arrangement also incorporates elements from the song “Kanjo” (from the album “Moonlight”), which was co-written with Taiwanese hip-hop artist Soft Lipa and was nominated for the Best Album category at the Golden Melody Awards (Taiwan’s equivalent of the Grammy Awards) in 2011, resulting in a song that reflects JABBERLOOP’s current state.
This song breathes new life into while retaining the charm of the original, and it’s a song that gives a sense of their growth and evolution as they celebrate their 20th anniversary.
The album “NOW” will be released digitally and on CD on September 18th.
Additionally, if you pre-order this CD at a Tower Records store, you will receive a sticker and a special receipt with a handwritten message as a purchase bonus.
