andropCelebrating its 15th anniversary, androp has decided to release a limited edition sake called “Hassen – Let’s have a toast, we’ve done well,” in collaboration with Hachinohe Sake Brewery, from June 6th (Thursday).
This special sake was created to celebrate androp’s 15th anniversary, in collaboration with the world-renowned Hachinohe Sake Brewery, based in Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture, the hometown of vocalist and guitarist Takahito Uchizawa.
Hachinohe Sake Brewery is ranked number one in the World Sake Breweries Rankings 2021.
The popular brand “Mutsu Hassen” has its alcohol content reduced to 9%, and the citric acid derived from white koji gives it a refreshing, natural sparkling taste, similar to grapefruit.

Uchizawa himself participated in every step of the sake brewing process for this product, paying particular attention to the rice, brewing method, and label design.
This drink, named after the lyrics of “Toast,” which is also androp’s toast song, is filled with blessings for all the moments that have been overcome in the past and wishes for happy times to come.

This is a special bottle for all sake fans, not just sake lovers.

A four-piece rock band consisting of Takahito Uchizawa (vocals & guitar), Takuya Sato (guitar & keyboard), Kyosuke Maeda (bass), and Akihiko Ito (drums). They debuted with their first album, “anew,” in December 2009. Three years after their major debut, they held a solo concert at the National Yoyogi Stadium First Gymnasium, attracting 10,000 people. Their songs have attracted a lot of attention, including theme songs for many movies and dramas, and commercial songs. Their music videos have also won 11 awards at home and abroad, including the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival (France), One Show (USA), and Webby Awards (USA), and they have received worldwide acclaim for their visual world and artwork.
