Joe Cupertino, an American-born bilingual MC who transcends various musical genres from all over the world and throughout history, will release his new album “RE:” on the theme of “rebirth” on June 19th.
Following the release of “Wagamama feat. Suzuki Makiko” on May 15th from “RE:”, “Ruby feat. Lil’ Leise But Gold” featuring Lil’ Leise But Gold is now available today.
“Ruby feat. Lil’ Leise But Gold” is a song produced by Ryuju Tanoue (wau) that focuses on the “rebirth” seen on CD players and other devices.

Joe Cupertino

A Japanese rapper/track maker from Cupertino, California.
He began his activities in 2019, and released his first album “CUPETOWN” in 2021 and his second album “SAD JOE AID Ö” in 2022.
The album’s pre-release track “DOOR” has attracted attention not only for the quality of the song, but also for the jacket design created by manga artist Uo Toyo, known for works such as “Hyakuemu.” and “Chi. -About the Movement of the Earth-.”
His momentum shows no signs of slowing, as he has been featured on music programs as a promising rapper, releasing digital singles four consecutive months in 2023.
He has had a deep love for music since he was a child, and started producing music to give back to his community. Having lived abroad and been exposed to many different cultures, he raps with a unique flow that uses both Japanese and English from a variety of perspectives.

Lil’ Leise But Gold

She is an alternative R&B artist and singer-songwriter from Tokyo. She is a partner of producer KM both in private and public life, and is also the mother of two children.
He grew up in an environment surrounded by music from an early age, and continues to cross over into many genres to this day.
In 2019, he released the single “(no)Reason” and began his career as an artist. In May 2020, he released the single “Aenaiya”, which he produced during the COVID-19 pandemic, and in February 2021, he released the EP “Sleepless 364” from add some labels. He also participated in KM’s album “EVERYTHING INSIDE” released in June, and captivated the audience with his spectacular performance at “KM EVERYTHING INSIDE LIVE” held at WWW X, despite it being his first live performance.
He is also expanding his range of activities by participating in A-Team’s Fables, a project by Frank Renaissance, a label that connects Japanese and American culture, and a remix album by Chicago-based artist Sen Morimoto. In December 2022, he released his first album, “Kansou Gensou.”
