STU48, who is about to release their 11th single on January 15, 2025, held “STU48 COUNTDOWN LIVE 2024-2025” at Hiroshima Club Quattro in Hiroshima Prefecture.

The first countdown live in 8 years since the founding of STU48 started with “STU48 Setouchi Ver.” to promote STU48.

Captain Azumi Okada said, “STU48 countdown live has begun! This is STU48’s first countdown live.” Airisa Mineyoshi said, “Let’s all get excited so that the Year of the Snake, which is almost here, will be the best year ever.” and excited the venue. They performed songs for each period, and 2024 female members Makina Taniguchi, Rika Soyuki, and Natsuki Watanabe appeared wearing dragon hair ornaments, and Rika Soyuki said, “My hometown, Ehime. I have done a lot of work for the prefecture. “We have achieved the energy from the Immediate Attack Genki by being selected as part of the Immediate Attack Genki Support Team,” he said, earning a big round of applause from the venue.

During the countdown to 2025, fans counted down in unison from 10 seconds in advance, chanted “Happy New Year 2025,” and fired a bazooka, and the first song of the new year started with a performance of “Yumeriki.” I cut it.

They performed the coupling song “Be honest” for the first time on their 11th single “Do you see the horizon?” which will be released on January 15th. “Be honest” singing member Riko Kudo said, “I was able to perform “Be honest” for the first time as a member of the Immediate Genki Cheer Team.I hope it becomes a song that will be loved by everyone as it has a message. ” Sayaka Takao, who serves as the center, continued, “There are many parts of the lyrics that I really relate to, and I sang them with all my heart, so I’d be happy if they reached everyone.” Yuka Kurushima commented, “It’s a wonderful song that has a deep meaning of trying your best without losing to yourself, so I want to continue performing it many times in the future.”
