Lyricist Junji Ishiwata’s lyrics-first project[THE BLACKBAND]’s latest song is the ninth and the first to feature a female singer, Yuna. KISS Sore (feat. Yuna) / THE BLACKBAND

This is a music project by three music composers (Ishiwatari Junji, Nomura Yoichiro, Nakamura Taisuke) who have produced numerous hit songs, aiming to create everlasting songs for music listeners who are not satisfied with the hit songs of the moment. Ishiwatari Junji’s deep and meaningful song stories can only be written and expressed by writing the lyrics first. And in their search for a female singer who would fit the worldview of this song, they found singer-songwriter Yuna. With the voice of destiny, these masters of music making are back on the move for the first time in a year.

“On a rainy day, a handkerchief is lying on the street. It gets wet with the rain and everyone walks around it like it’s a nuisance.
