Tacica, who will be celebrating their 20th anniversary in 2025, have announced the release of their new album “AFTER GOLD” in preparation for their 20th anniversary. The lead single “Mononu Mononoke” will be released on September 8th.
This album was recorded at a training camp for the first time since the band’s early days.
The album contains 11 songs that embody the sound images that the band wanted to record and deliver, without being bound by the music scene.
The lead single “Mononu Monogake” is the song that symbolizes this album.
Igari’s poetry is written in a monotone, and Konishi’s leisurely bass line supports it, faithfully packaging it as a live sound.

At the same time, the band also announced a nationwide 20th anniversary tour “AFTER GOLD” to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the band’s formation.
After 20 years of success, tacica will be touring 17 locations across the country with their latest masterpiece.
When I noticed my favorite guitar was covered in rust, and saw the brown and red rust, the theme of the album was decided.
The theme is “rust.”

A rock band formed in Sapporo in 2005. Their debut mini album released in 2007 topped the indie charts across the board, and they moved to a major label in 2008. Since then, despite having almost no media exposure, both their singles and albums have made it into the Oricon Top 10. Their philosophical lyrics have come to be loved by fans as a guide to life. In recent years, they have also held planned solo tours, including album reproduction live shows and acoustic tours. Many of their songs are themed around their hometown, Hokkaido.
