This song was written as the opening theme for the TV anime “Witch Watch,” which has been airing on 28 MBS/TBS stations nationwide since April 6, 2025. The lyrics express the innocent and adorable charm of the main character, Nico, and ikura’s singing voice add a playful touch. And to coincide with the release, Music Video will be premiered on YouTube today at 5:30pm. This time’s Music Video is an animated footage produced by the anime team of the TV anime “Witch Watch,” and not only new original cuts are used, but also anime cuts that take a side of the episode, making it a video that is fun for anime fans and new listeners, packed with the comical and cuteness of the original and songs, so please look forward to it.

This song was also based on the novel short story “Kokororon,” written by Shinohara Kenta, author of “Witch Watch.” The short story, Kokororon, is currently being released online. This work is a prologue-like story about Nico before he went on to train as a witch. Niko and Morihito, who are troubled by their supernatural powers, are carefully depicted through their past past, and the bond between them is uniquely depicted.
