PACIFICA is an indie rock duo from Argentina that is currently attracting attention around the world. The other day, it was announced that the first performance in Japan would be held, and the Tokyo performance sold out immediately. In response to this excitement, it has been decided that additional performances will be held in Tokyo and Osaka.
Pacifica is an indie rock duo formed in 2021 by Inés Adam and Martina Nintzel from Buenos Aires.
A common love for The Strokes led to deepening friendship online, and initially posted cover videos on YouTube, and eventually grew into a full-scale creative group. After a fan-supported trip to New York, USA, he signed a contract with TAG Music.
In recent years, it has been decided that Pacifica’s first performance in Japan will be held, with her appearance at Lollapalooza Argentina and the opening act for Måneskin.

Pacifica “What You Doing”
■PACIFICA
An indie rock duo formed in 2021 by Inés Adam and Martina Nintzel, from Buenos Aires.
Their music, which combines the vivid urgency of early 2000s garage rock, the confident swag of post-punk, and the emotional depth of 90s alternatives, is somehow nostalgic, yet completely unique. His debut album, “Freak Scene,” released in 2023, is a cathartic work that explodes the rebellion and fragility of youth with guitar riffs. The sound, which is pierced with twin vocals and DIY spirit, sublimates personal anxiety into a stadium-level anthem with songs such as “Anita,” “With or Without You,” and “Silent Affection.”
In 2024, he released the acoustic version of the album, “Freak Scene: NAK Sessions,” showing off the depth of emotion that lies deep inside the distorted sound. The energetic and minimalist live performances have swept the stages of North America, Europe and South America, building a passionate global fanbase.
