The four-piece rock band Yakushu is led by Jacob Tanaka (Vo/Gt), who is also active as a solo artist, and has three songwriters/vocals. Their songs have been highly praised by Masamune Kusano (Spitz) and Shigeru Kishida (Quruli), and their solo performance at Ebisu LIQUIDROOM was sold out in one day.
He has already attracted a lot of attention with appearances at major festivals around the country such as “FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL’24” and “JOIN ALIVE 2024”. Additional guests have been announced for the live tour “YANUSHI LIVE TOUR 2024”, which is currently in progress to promote his long-awaited third album “Freedom Like a Stone”.
SPARTA LOCALS will be performing in Hiroshima on 7/20 (Sat), SACOYANS will be in Fukuoka on 8/17 (Sat), and Carnation will be in Sapporo on 8/25 (Sun). Each performance is a two-man live performance.

A four-piece rock band consisting of three songwriters/vocals, led by Jacob Tanaka, who also works as a solo artist/guitarist.
They released their first album, “Seikatsu no Sozen” in 2019, their second album, “DOOM” in 2021, and their first live album, “INTO THE DOOM” in 2022. They are continuing their momentum with the nationwide tour, “Live Tour 2023.” They held their first solo performance at Shibuya CLUB QUATTRO in Tokyo, which sold out, and have been a big hit all over the country.
In December 2023, the third album “Freedom Like Stone”, which is already being hailed as their masterpiece, will be digitally released!
