Hanafu, a virtual singer affiliated with KAMITSUBAKI STUDIO, made her first appearance at the “Anime Festival Asia (AFA) Indonesia 2025” held at the Jakarta Convention Center in Indonesia from Friday, June 6th to Sunday, June 8th, 2025.

■ First appearance at Anime Festival Asia Indonesia 2025!
Hanafu appeared as the top batter of the LIVE stage to be held on Saturday, June 7th.
This will be his second appearance at AFA, following his last year in 2024, and this will be his first performance in Indonesia.
The first song started with “For example,” an insert song for the movie “Ponpo-san, who loves movies,” which was released in 2021, and the pink penlight shaking loudly, and the audience, who were waiting for Hanafu’s live performance, suddenly stood up.
During the MC, he spoke in English, “I’ve finally come to Indonesia! I want to eat Nasi Goreng while I’m here!”, and laughter and cheers echoed from the audience, and the venue was filled with a gentle atmosphere.
The second song follows is the ending theme of the anime “Black Clover,” which was launched in 2020.
They performed “Answer -English ver.-” which was released to commemorate the 6th anniversary of this year, and were also performed at Anime Central held in Chicago in May, making it the standard number for Hanafu, which will expand her activities overseas.
From there, the team performed the culmination of the theme songs “Chuzenji Sensei Monogatari Lectures: Because the Teacher Solves the Mystery.” The theme song “She’s Now in the Labyrinth,” ending with “Roshidere” (episode 6), “Secret Words,” and the ending theme of “Urusei Yatsura,” “Tokyo Shandy Rendezvous,” the ending theme of “Urusei Yatsura.”
The final number will feature the theme song “Pain,” which will be the undercover theme song for “Kamitsubaki City Construction,” which will begin airing in July.
Finally, Hanafu concluded the live show by saying, “Thanks to everyone, I was able to perform at my best! I will do my best to stand in front of the Indonesians again. I’ll definitely see you again!!”

A virtual singer who started with “KAMITSUBAKI STUDIO.”
He made his debut in 2018 at the age of 14.
Establishes a virtual artist with a unique singing voice and worldview.
The artist collaboration in the “Suite” series has also become a hot topic, with the current number of YouTube subscribers exceeding 1 million and total views exceeding 300 million. The fanatic community of fans is expanding both domestically and internationally.
The songs he produced with Kanzaki Iori, the main composer from the early days of his activities, received high praise, and in August 2022 they held a solo live performance at Nippon Budokan, “Muslim San (Kuru).”
