Artwork with Hanafu new costumes will also be released at the same time
Hanafu and CHiCO, a virtual singer affiliated with KAMITSUBAKI STUDIO/PHENOMENON RECORD, have announced that they will release two songs, “Story Tellers” and “Techte” (Yomi:Butte) as “new” collaborations, on Wednesday, June 25th, 2025.
This song was performed as a surprise “two songs were performed at the same time” when Hanafu made a guest appearance at the CHiCO solo live “LAWSON presents CHiCO 1st Hall Live “CONFETTi”” at LINE CUBE SHIBUYA (Shibuya Public Hall) held on Tuesday, April 29th (national holiday).
Hanafu has been following CHiCO’s singing activities for many years as a listener. The relationship between each other has been realized after meeting her for the first time when CHiCO made a guest appearance on her regular radio show “Pampaka Cuff (R)” (InterFM).
The song was written by UZ of SPYAIR, just like the lyrics co-written by CHiCO and SPYAIR’s MOMIKEN.Two songs, “Story Tellers,” which sings hope for a straightforward future, and “Techte,” which expresses an aesthetic worldview written by Kiyotaka Kiyoshi, will be streamed from CHiCO and Hanafu sides, respectively.
The artwork released at the same time this time features two songs, including a pair of “one person to two” and a cut that reminds you of the dual nature of a woman. This work can be described as a new series that is different from previous collaborations, as it allows you to relive “two ways of life” by co-starring female artists who are active in each field.
