DUSTCELL’s “Facial Expression Difference” is the ending theme song for the TV anime “Kimi wa Meido-sama.” which is currently being aired on TV Asahi’s national network, which started airing in October. The song began distribution on Wednesday, October 9th, and the music video has also been completed. It will be released on YouTube tomorrow, December 20th (Friday).
The music video for “Facial Expression Difference” is a reunion of the team that produced the MV for DUSTCELL’s “Wanderer” released in 2022, with Rei Wakui directing and 3DCG, Soichi handling character design/animation, and art direction. Produced by Punch.

The music video for “Facial Expression Difference” is an animation themed on “Gravity and Me,” and I hope you will pay attention to the character after the protagonist of “The Wanderer” grows up.

I met DUSTCELL two years ago through “The Wanderer,” and this is the fourth film I’ve directed for DUSTCELL. I can see the feelings and story of each moment in the common DUSTCELL-ness, so I really enjoy the process of bringing that to life in the video.
“Facial Expression Difference” is a music video produced by almost the same team as “Wanderer,” but each member freely incorporated their own ideas to create a more playful video than the previous one. Please enjoy the story of the main character who grew up with DUSTCELL and us.

DUSTCELL is a two-person music unit consisting of vocalist EMA and composer Misumi.
The two, who have built their careers as singers and Vocaloid P members respectively, have been attracting attention since the formation of DUSTCELL, and have been actively releasing works and performing live since then.
