Virtual singer-songwriter Meika (Yomi: Kaika), who belongs to KAMITSUBAKI STUDIO/PHENOMENON RECORD, will be holding her first live broadcast “Meibana Transmission Mini Live” “Born” on the official YouTube channel from 20:00 on Saturday, January 25, 2025. “Maekara Kimi wo Shiteru” and announced the release of their 1st album with the same title.

■Another appearance of Hanafu: A mini-live in a different space where Meika was “transferred”

This performance, titled “Transmission” = “Transmission, Transmission, Transmission,” was a live performance in a different space, transported from a stage in Shibuya, which is closely related to Hanafu, using special technology.

This was the first solo performance as Meika, and it attracted a lot of attention even before the event.

During this live broadcast, we announced that the long-awaited 1st Album of Meika, “Before I Was Born, I Know You” will be released on March 26, 2025 (Wednesday).

We have also decided to release goods commemorating the first anniversary of Meika activities on January 14, 2025 (Tuesday).

Meika’s 1st Album “Kimi wo Shiteru from Before I Was Born” is Meika’s long-awaited 1st album, which is another version of Kafu.

“I knew you before you were born”

This word, which appears in the lyrics of “Kaika,” the song that marked the beginning of Meika, which was released a year ago, refers to the existence of a flower record that does not want to be separated, and that even if the visible part changes, the same person sings it. It contains Meika’s wish that people remember what she is doing.

Contains a total of 15 songs, including songs that have been in the works since before Meika was born, and songs that have been newly created as Meika.

In addition, to commemorate the first anniversary of our activities, we have collaborated with paint artist “Hakuki Shiroi”.

The graphic created with the image of Meika is a visual that evokes not only Meika, but also a flower record, and is designed to bring Shiroi Hakuki’s feeling of Meika to the fore.

This graphic is used in everything from the box design of the first limited edition of the album to the design of new goods, allowing you to feel the worldview of Meika.
