“DIR EN GREY LIVE FILM Zankyo no Kechimyaku” is a live film that captures the performance in Germany, the final stop of DIR EN GREY’s European tour, which took place in March 2024 for the first time in four years. This time, it has been decided that DIR EN GREY members will take to the stage in movie theaters all over the country for a “stage greeting tour”!
The “stage greeting tour” will visit cinemas in 13 cities, including AEON Cinema Niigata Minami, AEON Cinema Takasaki in Gunma, 109 Cinemas Hiroshima, AEON Cinema Okayama, Yokohama Burg 13, TOHO Cinemas LaLaport Iwata in Shizuoka, Midland Square Cinema in Aichi, MOVIX Saitama, MOVIX Sendai, United Cinema Makuhari, AEON Cinema Matsumoto in Nagano, AEON Cinema Kyoto Katsuragawa, and Osaka Station City Cinema. It’s a major event to promote the release of the film across the country, and it’s a surprise to find out who will be appearing at which venue on the day.
In addition, director Koichiro Hamasaki will be publishing an essay entitled “Afterimages: Another Bloodline” by the director, “Afterimages: Another Bloodline,” which describes the behind-the-scenes of the film’s production and another story from his perspective. The essay will be available for four consecutive weeks from September 21st.Movie Official XIt has been decided that the essay will be serialized in the magazine. This project allows you to enjoy movies from a new perspective, and it is a very interesting essay filled with many untold stories. Please check it out!
