AS I LAY DYING, remaining member Tim Lambesis releases statement regarding withdrawal and future activities

AS I LAY DYING’s members and tour manager have left the group one after another, and Tim Lambesis, the only remaining member, posted a statement on his Instagram.

Tim said: “It makes me sad to think about the pattern of behavior, communication and interaction leading up to the cancellation of the tour. Phil and I no longer see eye to eye personally, creatively and financially. During this discussion, he was the first to decide to leave, and the tour members were not interested in continuing without him, so unfortunately they decided to leave in that order. “Not everything was made public, and some statements were suddenly released during times of confusion in response to rumors,” he said, explaining the series of withdrawals. “I fully support each member’s decision to leave and believe it is best for everyone at this time.”

As for the future, he said, “I’m looking forward to building a new team and creating an atmosphere that fosters a supportive, positive, and creative environment.” His new album, Through Storms Ahead, is on track. It will be released on November 15th.
