Dragon Ash will appear on “THE FIRST TAKE”! The song is “Straight Up feat. JESSE”. The performance was performed by not only the members of Dragon Ash but also the members of their ally The BONEZ, making it a total of 8 people!
This collaboration, titled “Straight Up” project, is a collaboration between two bands that are popular in the live scene, Dragon Ash and The BONEZ. T$UYO$HI, a member of The BONEZ and also the bassist of Dragon Ash since 2019, will be the leader, and JESSE (The BONEZ) and Kj, who are close friends and rivals who have pioneered the rock scene in their respective fields. Dragon Ash’s new song “Straight Up feat. JESSE” was born from a project started by connecting (Dragon Ash).
The title “Straight Up” has the meaning of “splitting each other’s hearts,” and the sound of these two charismatic singers singing together is both convincing and lively. It contains the history of each band, their feelings for lost friends, and their will to open up a new era.
“Straight Up feat. JESSE” is a mixture rock that represents Dragon Ash’s true essence. All members of both bands participated in the one-shot shoot, and everyone said they were nervous. It was a special media first performance of “THE FIRST TAKE” that can only be seen here.
