MOTÖRHEAD’s unprecedented villainous project “24 Hour Motörhead” will be held at Cinemart Shinjuku on December 31st!

This year marks nine years since Lemmy Kilmister (Vo/Bas), the frontman of the British band MOTÖRHEAD, became a legend on December 28, 2015, after going on an unprecedented rampage for 40 years. Every year, theatrical screenings of MOTÖRHEAD-related works have been held on dates that include Lemmy’s birthday, December 24th, and his death anniversary, December 28th, but this year there will be no screenings at Cinemart Shinjuku during this period. Instead, the schedule has been changed to New Year’s Eve, and the extremely evil project “24 Hour Motorhead” will be held!

The villainous Remy, which was released in theaters in 2010, returns as a film that will brighten up the 24 hours of New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. In addition, works starring Lemmy such as “The Rainbow” (released in theaters in 2019), “Eating the Rich” (released in theaters in 1989/23), and “The Metal Years” (released in theaters in 1689/2016) In addition, MOTÖRHEAD’s explosive live movie “Motörhead/Clean Your Clock” (released in theaters in 2018) and “Motörhead/Louder Than Noise” (released in theaters in 2021), “Motörhead/The World is Hours” (released in theaters in 2022), “Motörhead/The World is Hours VOL.2″ (released in theaters in 2023), and MOTÖRHEAD “Hellraiser 3: Hell on Earth” (released in theaters in 1992/24), in which the song “Hellraiser” is used in the end credits, will be screened. It will be MOTÖRHEAD dripping for 24 hours.

On the day of the event, you are free to leave/re-enter Cinemart Shinjuku after registering. In addition to movie screenings, they are also considering events unique to New Year’s Eve/New Year. The screening timetable will be announced at a later date.

In addition, a unique Japanese key art design that follows MOTÖRHEAD’s iconic icon “War Pig” has been released. This year’s Japanese version key art design is MOTÖRHEAD’s usual black and white, with the band logo placed in a fixed position.
